We started foiling behind the dinghy, and we are loving it.

A foil is basically a wing underneath a board that flies under water and lifts the board and its rider. Once the board is above the water, there is little drag left and it gives to the rider a sensation of flying above water, similar to snowboarding in a thick layer of fluffy powdery fresh snow.
